Register your Viessmann system online now! As a thank you, you will receive an official warranty extension with a personal certificate.

And that's how easy it is to register:

Step 1: Online registration

Simple and convenient.

All you need is the 16-digit manufacturing number of the heat generator (or other components, if applicable).

Note: You can find the manufacturer number on the type plate, the invoice or ask your heating contractor. If the registration has been carried out in advance by your heating contractor or if your system has already been connected with the ViCare app, the data you have already entered will be used. You do not need to enter this data again.

By registering, you will receive a warranty extension, which we will confirm on your installation certificate.

Step 3: Personal plant certificate

For your Viessmann product

Once product registration is complete, you will receive your personal system certificate by email. With the system certificate, you always have your system data, including proof of warranty, at hand in just one document, making it easier to process in the event of servicing.
